JC “Akmena” was founded in - 1962 m. The main company’s activity - the production of solid wood furniture and components. Workers 2009 m. – 110. Production area – 3500 square meters.
General manager - Dangiras Samalius. SC “Akmena” processes solid wood from the log to the finished product. The company operates “Multiblock” dryers with 1000 m3 drying capacity per month.
There are installed 4 longitudinal cutting, 6 four-side moulding “Weining” group machines, defects cutting equipment “Opticat”, CNC “Weke”, finger jointing line and glueboard press also other machinery in the company.
CS “Akmena” is introducing new technologies (currently implementing dyeing and drying equipment) expanding the range of wood species.
The company operates in accordance with ISO and IWAY standards. Special attention is paid to quality.
PRODUCT The company produces coffee tables, different purpose shelves, chests of drawers, bedroom, children furniture and furniture components from solid birch. The furniture components are also available in ash and pine.
